Bone Densitometry is available at New Century Imaging as part
of the full range of women's imaging services. To assess bone density and
evaluate for osteoporosis, dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) is used.
DEXA bone densitometry is today's established standard for measuring bone
mineral density (BMD).
