Hackensack Radiology Group - Billing Services

Hackensack Radiology Group will submit your claim to your insurance carrier on your behalf. If you have insurance, you are only required to make your co-pay at the time of service. If you are subject to a deductible or co-insurance, you will be billed subsequently. If your plan requires that you obtain a referral from your Primary Care Physician, please remember to bring it on the day of your appointment.

Please be sure to bring your insurance card(s) and a valid form of ID with you to your appointment.
